Nic Hubbard has extensive experience in management and social work, currently serving as the Centre Manager for headspace Canberra and Queanbeyan since July 2015, overseeing staff performance and budget compliance. Prior to this role, Nic held the position of Service Integration Manager at headspace Canberra from March 2012 to June 2015, where similar responsibilities were undertaken. Earlier, Nic worked at the Defence Community Organisation for over a decade as Area Manager and Social Worker, providing support services and clinical supervision to Defence families. Nic's career began as a Social Worker at Sydney South West Area Health Service, focusing on case management. Nic holds a Master's Degree in Couple and Family Therapy from UNSW and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Western Sydney University.
