Lisa Mulrooney Gross

Lisa Mulrooney Gross is an accomplished HR and leadership professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Founder and Principal of HRx Leadership Advisors, Lisa provides strategic consulting to Boards and executive teams on HR, talent, leadership, and culture. Previously, Lisa held key roles such as Chief People Officer at ChargePoint, Head of HR at Fitbit during its acquisition by Google, and Vice President of Human Resources at Bayer's Global Biotech Product Supply business. With a strong background in transforming organizational culture and driving talent management, Lisa has also worked in senior HR roles at Applied Materials, Materion Corporation, Elo Touch Solutions, and Tyco. Lisa holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA.
