HeadStart Fellowship
Angela Hernandez is a dedicated professional currently serving as an OIP Scholar at Girls Who Invest since January 2023 and as a Fellow at the HeadStart Fellowship since September 2022. Angela has also gained valuable experience as an Analytics & Sales Intern at Bloomberg from May 2024 to August 2024, as a Finance Intern at Music Will from June 2023 to January 2024, and as a Fellow at Second Day from May 2023 to January 2024. Additional roles include an Analytics and Sales Extern at Bloomberg in May 2023, participation in the First Gen Focus Cohort 6 at Capital One, and membership in the Forte Foundation. Angela previously interned in External & Legislative Affairs at AT&T in the summer of 2021 and served as a Servers Assistant at River Crest Country Club in 2020. Currently pursuing a degree at Texas Christian University since August 2021, Angela graduated with a High School Diploma in Commercial Photography from Trimble Technical High School in June 2021.

HeadStart Fellowship
The HeadStart Fellowship is a mentorship program designed to give high achieving college students a “head start” on their professional and personal development. The program will give students exposure to professional opportunities and guidance within the technology, finance & consulting fields. Our mission is to be a platform to allow fellows to discover what they would like to do professionally and serve as a launchpad for them to achieve their professional goals through mentorship and community. Throughout our programming, fellows get exposure to industries and firms within our three core verticals and many opportunities to hear from senior leaders across the business world. Fellows have gone on to achieve great successes by landing roles at firms such as Amazon, Apple, Bain, Blackstone, Centerview, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, Salesforce, and Uber!
