Gabriel Gilles is an ambitious professional currently serving as a Mentor at HeadStart Fellowship since March 2022. Gabriel gained experience as a Growth Equity Summer Analyst at Volition Capital in June 2024 and completed a Strategy Consulting Internship at Strategy& in June 2023. Additionally, Gabriel held positions as a Board Member and Analyst at BlackGen Capital Hoyas from February 2022 to May 2023. Gabriel is pursuing a degree in International Affairs with a focus on Business and Global Affairs at Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service, expected to graduate in 2025, and is a graduate of T.R. Robinson High School, Class of 2021.

HeadStart Fellowship
The HeadStart Fellowship is a mentorship program designed to give high achieving college students a “head start” on their professional and personal development. The program will give students exposure to professional opportunities and guidance within the technology, finance & consulting fields. Our mission is to be a platform to allow fellows to discover what they would like to do professionally and serve as a launchpad for them to achieve their professional goals through mentorship and community. Throughout our programming, fellows get exposure to industries and firms within our three core verticals and many opportunities to hear from senior leaders across the business world. Fellows have gone on to achieve great successes by landing roles at firms such as Amazon, Apple, Bain, Blackstone, Centerview, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, Salesforce, and Uber!
