HeadStart Fellowship
Wilson Merchan is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at New York University, with an anticipated graduation in 2025. With a robust background in strategy and analytics, Wilson held the position of Strategy Analyst Intern at Deloitte Consulting and gained diverse experience as a Business Analyst at Capital One and a Data Analyst at NielsenIQ. Engagements also include roles at Citi, Bloomberg, and IBM, where Wilson contributed to various projects in business operations, data analysis, and user experience. Additionally, Wilson served as an Academic Tutor at NYU Metro Center, developing effective communication skills while assisting high school students in their academic pursuits.

The HeadStart Fellowship is a mentorship program designed to give high achieving college students a “head start” on their professional and personal development. The program will give students exposure to professional opportunities and guidance within the technology, finance & consulting fields. Our mission is to be a platform to allow fellows to discover what they would like to do professionally and serve as a launchpad for them to achieve their professional goals through mentorship and community. Throughout our programming, fellows get exposure to industries and firms within our three core verticals and many opportunities to hear from senior leaders across the business world.
