Blair Simon

Blair Simon is an experienced Application Systems Engineer at Headwall Photonics since May 2012, specializing in hyperspectral and Raman imaging product development, spectral analysis, and software algorithm development using various programming languages. Previously, Blair served as Lead Design Engineer at LifePhotonics LLC, focusing on automating cell typing and counting through image processing programs. With a strong foundation in electrical engineering, Blair holds a PhD from Colorado State University and multiple degrees from Northeastern University, including an MS in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Engineering Management. Throughout a diverse career, Blair has held various roles in network administration, research, and design engineering, demonstrating expertise in imaging technology, system integration, and high-speed electronics.
