Wenjie Chen

Wenjie Chen is a seasoned executive in the technology sector, currently serving as President of Headway Technologies since 2002. Prior experience includes positions as Director of Product Engineering at Lightwave Microsystems Corporation from 1999 to 2002, and Senior Director of Device Design and Characterization at Read-Rite Corporation from 1994 to 1999. Additionally, Wenjie Chen held roles as Senior Heads/Media Engineer at both Quantum Corporation and Maxtor Corporation in the early 1990s. Wenjie Chen completed a Ph.D. in Physics at UC San Diego from 1986 to 1992 and earned a BS in Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China from 1982 to 1986.
