Hassan Novoa

Hassan Novoa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and retail management. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in CX Enablement at Headway since April 2021, Hassan has progressed through various roles within the company, including Senior Customer Experience Associate and Customer Experience Associate.
