Jonathan Lee

Jonathan Lee is a skilled software engineer with experience in developing innovative technologies across various domains, including autonomous robotics and machine learning. Currently employed at Forward since June 2022, Jonathan previously served as Software Team Lead at Cornell Nexus, leading efforts in creating a beach-cleaning autonomous robot while overseeing a team focused on path-planning algorithms and sensor fusion software. Additional experience includes a backend software engineering internship at percipient.ai, where Jonathan developed a metrics aggregation feature using Django, and a role as a machine learning researcher at Cornell Autonomous Systems Laboratory, contributing to computer vision for self-driving robots. Jonathan also held a position at Cornell Micro-G, working on propulsion software for aquatic vehicles. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Cornell University, obtained in 2022.
