Jordyn Blom is a seasoned professional with a strong background in provider growth and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Provider Growth Associate at Headway since June 2021, previously held the position of Provider Growth Associate. Prior experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at Anderson Frank from June 2019 to June 2021 and as a Campus Ambassador at IES Abroad from August 2018 to May 2019, where responsibilities involved guiding students on study abroad decisions. Jordyn also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the Cole Emotion Regulation Lab under Dr. Pamela Cole at Pennsylvania State University from September 2017 to October 2018. An internship as a Patient Coordinator/Healthcare Administrator was completed at Holy Cross Centre Trust in London during the Spring 2018 semester, focusing on clinical and administrative aspects of mental health. Jordyn earned a Bachelor's degree in Biobehavioral Health from Penn State University in 2019.
