Kelsey Duffey is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in customer experience and administrative roles. Currently serving as CX Team Lead and previously as a Customer Experience Associate at Headway since April 2021, Kelsey has developed strong leadership and client engagement skills. Prior experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at Ruben Companies from January 2019 to April 2021 and holding positions such as Floor Manager and Office Administrator at Westville Hudson from July 2016 to April 2017. Kelsey also contributed to education as a Summer Intensive Instructor in Shakespeare at The New School in July 2015 and served as a Peer Academic Advisor at UC Santa Barbara from April 2009 to June 2011. Kelsey holds a Master's Degree in Fine Arts in Acting from The New School for Drama and a BFA in Theater - Acting from UC Santa Barbara.
