Molly Stein

Molly Stein is the Business Development Director at Headway. Prior to joining Headway, Molly was the Manager of National Vendor P&L at Oscar Health. In this role, Molly managed P&L and vendor operations across 16 states for Behavioral Health, DME, & Transplant Services. Molly also supported the selection and implementation of new vendor products for Medicare Advantage launch.

Molly has also worked as a Senior Analyst at The Advisory Board Company where they led and wrote original research studies for membership of over 100 health systems across the US. In this role, Molly served as an in-house expert on health system pharmacy business and clinical optimization, pharmacy benefit management, and pharmacy integration in broader health system strategy.

Molly Stein completed their high school diploma at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy in the field of general studies. Molly then went on to complete their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) at the University of Pennsylvania in the field of Biological Basis of Behavior.
