Sofía Baqueiro has a diverse work experience in various industries. Sofía started their career at Uber, where they held several roles, including Operations & Logistics Coordinator, Operations & Logistics Manager, and Program Manager in the Uber Eats Customer Experience department for the Spanish LatAm region. Sofía then became the Sr. Program Manager, overseeing the Uber Eats Customer Experience for LatAm. Sofia went on to work at Whole Foods Market as an MBA Intern in eCommerce & Digital Product Management. Sofía then pursued their MBA at Harvard Business School while working as an MBA Candidate. After completing their MBA, they joined EVERY™ as the Chief of Staff for the CEO and later served as the Director of Manufacturing Strategy. Currently, Sofía is working as the Revenue Strategy Lead at Headway.

Sofía Baqueiro earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Harvard Business School from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Master in Business Administration from Harvard University in 2022.
