At The Healing Journey, we offer science-driven mental health retreats designed for professionals experiencing stress, burnout, depression, or anxiety. Our retreats are guided by psychologists, therapists, and neuroscientists who provide evidence-based solutions to break the cycle of mental health issues.

Our 10-30 day retreats take place in beautiful villas in Mexico and Portugal, immersed in a safe oasis of sunshine, ocean, and forest. With healthy food, trained professionals, and non-judgmental peers, our retreats offer a chance to reset, recharge, and restart in a supportive environment.

After the retreat, our post-retreat aftercare program provides ongoing check-ins and support to help continue your healing journey as part of a community.
