David Murray

David Murray is an experienced leader in finance and resource management, currently serving as the Director of Planning, Finance and Procurement at the Health and Safety Executive since June 2013. Prior to this role, David held the position of Director of Finance and Resources at the Government Procurement Service from June 2003 to June 2013. David also served as the Director of Finance and Planning/Vice Principal at Wirral Metropolitan College from May 1998 to June 2003. David's academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Manchester, following earlier education at St Patricks RC High School from 1979 to 1984.
