Paula Williamson

Paula Williamson is an experienced professional in organisational development and employee experience. Currently serving as the Head of Organisational Development and Design at the Health and Safety Executive since January 2025, Paula has previously held significant roles at Acas, including Head of Employee Experience and Head of Learning and Development from October 2020 to January 2025. Additional experience includes positions as Associate Principal at Korn Ferry from February 2017 to October 2020, Learning and Development Manager at Perpetual Limited in 2007-2008, and various roles at the Cabinet Office, including Head of Diversity and Learning and Development Consultant from 2002 to 2006. Paula holds CIPD Qualifications, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cardiff University, and a Master of Science in Organisational Psychology from the University of East London.
