Phillip Levinson

Phillip Levinson is a skilled software architect and engineer with extensive experience in full stack development and production support. Currently at Health Carousel since June 2020, Phillip has held roles as a Software Architect and Senior Software Engineer. Prior experience includes a decade at Quest Diagnostics, where contributions were made to the EHR product, Quanum 360, and serving as a production support liaison for internal clients. Earlier roles include software engineering for the Autism Collaborative and internships at Thomson Reuters and Belcan, focusing on testing and web programming, respectively. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
