Carrie Kozlowski

Carrie Kozlowski is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as COO and Co-founder of Upfront by Health Catalyst since January 2025, Carrie previously held the same position at Upfront Healthcare from March 2016 to January 2025. Carrie contributed to the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) as a board member from October 2018 to October 2022 and served on the board of Elements Contemporary Ballet as Treasurer from January 2019 to January 2021. Prior to these roles, Carrie was managing director at The Advisory Board Company and held senior positions at Care Team Connect, Inc. and PatientKeeper. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Illinois Chicago and a BS in Occupational Therapy from the University of Hartford.
