Kelly Malloch

Kelly Malloch, LMSW, has extensive experience in behavioral health management, currently serving as a Manager at Healthfirst since August 2015. Previous positions include roles as a Team Lead and Behavioral Health Care Manager at the same organization. Prior to Healthfirst, Kelly Malloch worked at Optum from May 2010 to August 2015 as a Care Advocate, focusing on telephonic utilization management, case management, and crisis intervention. Earlier experience includes serving as a Social Worker at St. Peter's Health Partners, where individual, family, and group therapy were provided, and as a Senior Clinician at Vanderheyden Hall, Inc., delivering therapeutic services to at-risk adolescents. Kelly Malloch holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University at Albany and a Bachelor's degree in Creative Arts in Therapy from Russell Sage College.
