Matt Debernardis

Matt DeBernardis currently serves as the Manager of Enterprise Learning Delivery at Healthfirst since June 2023, following a role as a Learning Delivery Specialist. With an extensive background in mental performance coaching as the Owner of Compete Complete since January 2015, Matt has also held the position of Learning Program Manager at Silver Hill Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 and worked as a Senior Learning Specialist at AFSC/Magellan Federal from April 2017 to May 2019. Matt DeBernardis holds a Master of Arts in Sport Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
