Mersedeh Hashemian

Mersedeh Hashemian is an experienced clinical pharmacist with a diverse background in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Senior Clinical Pharmacist and Client Manager at Health Net since August 2021, Mersedeh has also held the position of Managed Care Clinical Pharmacist at Health Net, Centene, and Envolve Pharmacy Solutions since September 2005. Previous experience includes roles as a Medical Editor at Cinhal from 2007 to 2010, In-patient Clinical Pharmacist at Glendale Adventist Medical Center from 2000 to 2008, and Clinical Pharmacist at both Santa Martha Hospital and Whittier Community Pharmacy from 1999 to 2001 and 1999 to 2000, respectively. Mersedeh holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Southern California, obtained from 1995 to 1999, and completed a postdoctoral residency in inpatient and ambulatory care at USC Whittier Presbyterian in 2000.
