Michelle Laughlin

Michelle Laughlin serves as the Vice President of Network Development & Contracting at Health Net since February 2022, overseeing provider network development and strategy to enhance healthcare accessibility. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Executive Director of Provider Network Operations at CalOptima, where efforts focused on improving healthcare access for 800,000 individuals and establishing a directly contracted Behavioral Health network. Additional experience includes serving as Sr. Director of Managed Care at LabCorp, where managed care strategies were implemented, and as Regional Director of Managed Care at Genzyme Genetics, promoting specialized genetic testing. Earlier career highlights include managing operations as IPA Administrator at Advanced Medical Management, Inc. Michelle is an alumnus of SB Bible College.
