Caroline Linden

Caroline Linden is a seasoned professional in nonprofit management and operational efficiency, currently serving as the Grants Manager at Health Resources in Action (HRiA) since February 2024, focusing on advancing health equity through grant programs. Previously, Caroline held various leadership roles at Social Venture Partners Cleveland, including Director of Operations, where significant improvements were made such as transitioning to a new CRM system, and Director of Programs and Operations, where programmatic innovations were launched. Caroline's early career included impactful roles at LIFT, the Global Engagement Summit, and various organizations, emphasizing training, resource development, and community service. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from Northwestern University and has gained significant international exposure through education at the University of Jordan.
