About Us:
Health and Social Care Services was founded in 2017 by Riza Tongson-Espe (Specialist Complex Care and ITU Nurse) and Gordon Ward (of Beaumont Health Care Ltd).

It was born through a vision of a clinically sound and truly nurse led bespoke complex care provision. Riza has observed the development of Complex Care delivered through business development led models, which often conflicted with client satisfaction and/or personalisation. Wanting to get away from this model gives us the freedom and scope to deliver the care we are passionate about, wholly centred upon giving you the best possible care and outcome.

As a nurse led care provider, we truly understand how intrusive having a care team can be on our clients’ lives. Through our careful management and complete empathy, we can ensure our clients’ space, privacy and trust is built and preserved.
