HealthBridge Post-Acute Rehabilitation is a new short-term post-acute rehabilitation center that is designed to help patients recover after an illness, injury, or surgery. Our team of physical, occupational, and speech therapist, as well as nurses and physicians will work with you on an individualized care plan to help you get back to your home. Our goal is to help you maximize your independence and mobility and to provide you with the tools you need to help manage your health care. HealthBridge provides 65-private rooms, lounge and dining areas, and a 3,000 square foot gym. Our experienced staff, quality services, and friendly staff make the road to recovery closer than you think.
