Lorraine Soto

Lorraine Soto is an IT Leader with over 20 years of experience in the HealthCare and IT sectors. Currently serving as AVP of Implementation and Design at HealthCare Partners in New York since January 2018, Lorraine has previously held multiple roles at Amida Care, including AVP of Network Management and Solutions and Senior Director of Business Technology Solutions. Earlier in the career, Lorraine worked at Montefiore Medical Center, where responsibilities included intense case management services for families affected by HIV/AIDS. Lorraine holds a degree from SUNY Empire State College and graduated from the Bronx High School of Science in 1994.
