Roger Hill is an experienced Solutions Architect currently with HealthLink since 2014. Prior to this role, Roger held positions as a Solution Architect at Yellow New Zealand from October 2010 to June 2013, and as an IT Contractor/Consultant at Soliton Stream between October 2008 and September 2010. HealthLink provides a computer communications system that links the information technology systems of more than 15,500 medical organisations across Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific Island nations and Canada. Each year more than 80 million pieces of clinical information are exchanged using the HealthLink system. HealthLink provides nearly all ofthe clinical communications used in New Zealand and is the largest provider of clinical messaging services in Australia. HealthLink came into existence in 1993 as a result of the New Zealand government’s health reforms and the company has been developing systems and services that facilitate exchange of clinical information since that time. HealthLink has offices throughout Australia, New Zealand and Canada. The company’s services are offered from data-centres in each of those countries.
