Bennie Sommers is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and enhancing software applications, particularly in Java and Ruby, as demonstrated in roles at Healthmine and Ramsey Solutions. At Healthmine since June 2022 and previously with Ramsey Solutions from June 2018 to June 2022, Bennie has focused on building Java Spring Boot REST services and integrating payment platforms. Prior experience includes managing a team of software analysts at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where Bennie led the development of customized perioperative software solutions. Bennie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
