When patients walk through the doors of a HealthNet community health center in Indianapolis or Bloomington, they step inside their health care home, a place where most needs can be met under one roof. Accredited by the Joint Commission, HealthNet serves as the medical home for more than 60,000 patients each year. 

With 35 sites, including 9 primary health centers, 5 dental clinics, 9 school-based health centers, and numerous outreach programs, HealthNet serves a critical need in the community.
