Lance Farrell

Lance Farrell is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in revenue accounting and analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Revenue Accounting at HealthVerity since April 2023, Lance has previously held the position of Senior Director, Global Finance at Korn Ferry from January 2015 to March 2023, where responsibilities included leading global revenue forecasting and ad-hoc reporting for the Consulting line of business. Earlier roles at Korn Ferry also included Director of Revenue, focusing on compliance with ASC 606, and Revenue Accounting Manager at UnitedHealth Group, where expertise in billing and enrollment systems was demonstrated. Lance's career commenced at GCommerce Inc. as an Accountant, advancing through various accounting positions, culminating in comprehensive experience in financial reporting, compliance, and team leadership. Lance holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Drake University, completed in 2008, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Marketing from the same institution, attained in 2006.
