Miguel Pignatelli

Miguel Pignatelli serves as the Strategy Manager at Healx since April 2018, leading the R&D strategy and roadmap for an AI-driven drug repurposing company focused on rare diseases. Prior to this role, Miguel held various positions at Healx, including R&D Product Manager and Product Team Lead, where responsibilities included aligning business objectives with R&D developments and establishing a cross-functional product team. Miguel's earlier experience includes serving as the team lead for the Open Targets web platform at EMBL-EBI, focusing on bioinformatics for drug target identification, and postdoctoral positions at the Centre for Public Health Research and University of Barcelona, where computational methods in genomics were developed. Miguel obtained a degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and completed high school at Colegio San Pablo CEU.
