Crystal's career progression at Starkey Canada featured roles such as Manager of Business Development, Supervisor of Business Development, and Business Development Representative. Crystal began in sales as an Outside Sales Representative and also held the position of Accounts Payable Specialist. Crystal holds a diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Sheridan College.
