Sirick Wohlers has a diverse range of work experience. Sirick started their career as a Marketing Associate at Vistaprint, where they focused on display campaign profitability analysis, key account management, and new partner recruitment. Sirick then moved on to become a Senior Marketing Associate before taking on the role of Business Development Manager for the EU, where they were responsible for partner recruitment and new business development. Sirick also served as an Online Marketing Manager for Vistaprint in various regions, including the UK, FR, DACH, and EU, leading teams and managing multi-million dollar budgets. Sirick later became the Chief Marketing Officer at Bonnyprints GmbH, where they managed all marketing channels and led a team of 15 marketing specialists. Sirick then joined audibene GmbH as the Head of Marketing Germany, and eventually became the Head of Marketing Europe, overseeing online marketing and helping transform the hearing aid industry. Currently, they hold the position of VP Marketing North America at hear.com.

Sirick Wohlers has a diverse education history that includes pursuing degrees and studying abroad at various institutions. From 2002 to 2008, they attended the University of Stuttgart, where they earned a Magister Artium degree in English Literature, Business Administration, and History. During their time at the University of Stuttgart, they also participated in an Erasmus program at the Universidad de Sevilla in 2005. In the same year, they spent a semester abroad at The University of Auckland. In 2008, they attended the University of St Andrews and completed a Master of Letters degree with distinction in International Business.
