Robert Galtman

Robert Galtman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in equity analysis and venture capital. As a Senior Director at Fitch Ratings since October 2017, Robert specializes in credit analysis and financial research for public and private equity-owned companies. In addition to this role, Robert is the owner of Bella Casa Properties & Talisker Properties LLC, focusing on real estate investments that provide rental home experiences while achieving attractive returns. As a Venture Scout for both Level Up Ventures and HearstLab, Robert evaluates seed and early-stage technology investments in Black- and Latino-led, as well as women-led companies. Previous experience includes roles as an Equity Analyst at Central Square Management, and as an Equity Research Associate and Analyst at Jefferies & Co. and Merrill Lynch, respectively. Robert holds an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Finance and Communications from Rowan University.
