Dave Culbert is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic operations and impact investing. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Strategic Operations at Heart & Stroke since March 2021, Dave oversees integrated planning, project management, and provides strategic support across the organization. Previously, as Director of Strategy Corporate Development at George Weston Limited from September 2018 to March 2021, Dave contributed to business growth and operational strategy. Prior roles include Manager at Bain & Company, where strategic challenges were addressed for various industries, and positions at General Motors, Stonebridge Associates, Viant Group, and Mellon Capital Management. Dave holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and dual undergraduate degrees in History from Colorado College and East China Normal University.
