The District Operations team at the Heart of America Council, BSA, is responsible for executing the Boy Scouts of America's mission on a local level. They oversee the implementation of scouting programs within specific districts, support adult volunteers in delivering high-quality scouting experiences, and ensure that youth participation thrives across the 19-county service area in Western Missouri and Eastern Kansas. This team works closely with community groups to foster the growth and development of over 16,000 youth members.
