Alexander Rincon

Alexander Rincon serves as the Associate Director of Development at Heart of Los Angeles (HOLA) since June 2025. Previously, Alexander held multiple positions at the LA Promise Fund, including Associate Director of Advancement and Pathway Improvement Program Manager, from August 2019 to May 2025. Participation in the 2023-2024 Lead LA program showcases a commitment to professional growth and leadership development. Alexander's early career includes roles such as Alumni Support and College Success Coordinator at Brightstar Schools, USC College Adviser, and Internship & Mentorship Coordinator at the LA Promise Fund. Additional experience includes serving as an Americorps Academic Tutor with the Youth Policy Institute and English Second Language Teacher at American School Way. Alexander holds a Master’s degree in Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
