Ken Demith, CAE has a diverse background with experience in various industries. Ken most recently served as the Chief Experience Officer at the Heart Rhythm Society, where they led the organization in delivering an integrated member experience. Ken also has experience as the Director of Customer Innovation / EventMark at The Freeman Company where they played a key role in defining and managing EventMark Marketing Services. Ken began their career as the Manager of Creative Services at Abbott Laboratories.
Ken Demith, CAE, has a diverse educational background. Ken earned a BFA degree in Graphic Design / Illustration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, completing their studies from 1983 to 1986. Prior to that, from 1979 to 1986, they attended Hendersonville High School, where they obtained a Diploma with a focus on Football.
In addition to their formal education, Ken Demith has also pursued further certifications. In June 2022, they obtained the Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification from ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership. This certification has enhanced their expertise in association leadership and management. Furthermore, in January 2020, they completed a certification in Digital Marketing Strategies from Kellogg Executive Education, further expanding their knowledge and skills in this field.
