Anthony Olberding

Anthony Olberding is a seasoned professional in research and development, currently serving as the Research and Development Manager at Maker's Pride since March 2025. With extensive experience at Hearthside Food Solutions as a Senior Research and Development Manager and at Standard Functional Foods Group, Inc. as a Research and Development Manager, Anthony has focused on developing nutritional bars, product testing, and commercialization efforts. Previous positions include Research and Development Scientist at Standard Candy and Sr Product Developer at Standard Functional Foods Group, as well as a Production Supervisor at Flowers Foods, overseeing a production line. Early career experience includes R&D at Russell Stover Candies, where Anthony contributed to candy development and training at new production facilities. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science, Food Technology, and Processing from Kansas State University, earned between 1984 and 1989.
