Joseph Mikhail, PE, PMP, DASM, currently serves as a Project Manager at Heartland Water Technology, Inc., since April 2022. Previously, Joseph held multiple roles at Aries Clean Technologies from June 2018 to April 2022, including Director of Manufacturing and Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing engineering package development and overseeing project execution related to equipment sales. Prior experience includes positions as a Project Engineer at Firestone Building Products, a Senior Chemical Process Engineer at Southern Company Services, and various engineering roles within the Southern Company focused on Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle projects. Joseph also leads teams at Schreiber Foods Inc. to improve plant productivity and has a foundation in training and process improvement from earlier roles, including as a Pharmacy Technician at Kroger Co. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University, obtained in 2010.
