Roy Spirk

Roy Spirk is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in Cisco Unified Communications and network engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Collaboration Engineer at Heartland Business Systems since July 2022, Roy previously held the position of Systems Engineer at ConvergeOne from December 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included implementing and troubleshooting Cisco voice and video collaboration solutions. Roy's career also includes roles as a Systems Engineer at AOS, where implementation of various Cisco Voice products was a key focus, and as a Network Engineer at Jack Henry & Associates, leading projects in Cisco WAN, LAN, and IPT. Earlier experience as a Telecom Network Analyst and Hardware Analyst at Bass Pro Shops provided foundational knowledge in PBX systems, CDR tracking, and PC installations. Roy holds an Associate of Applied Science in Electronics Technology from Ozark Technical Community College and has a background in Electrical and Computer studies from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
