Vincent Wong began their work experience in 2002 as a Human Resources Assistant at Midland Realty. Vincent then moved on to The Park Lane Hotel Hong Kong, where they served as a Personnel Coordinator. In 2004, they joined Greenpeace China as a Senior Human Resources Officer. Vincent then transitioned to Spin Master Toys Far East Limited, where they held various roles, including Senior Human Resources Officer, Assistant Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Manager. Vincent'sresponsibilities involved talent acquisition, HR system management, strategic HR planning, training and development, and compensation and benefits. In 2015, they were promoted to Senior Manager, Human Resources APAC, and later took on the role of Senior Manager, Human Resources APAC (Talent Acquisition & Systems). Vincent's most recent position was with Hearts On Fire, where they worked as a Senior Manager, People & Culture before being promoted to their current role as Associate Director, People & Culture.
Vincent Wong pursued their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University from 1999 to 2002.
