Helene Baker

Helene Baker is an experienced professional in the fields of compensation, benefits, and finance, currently serving as the Head of Reward - Compensation and Pensions at Heathrow since January 2019. Prior to this role, Helene held various positions at PepsiCo as Snacks Planning Manager, and at Virgin Media, where responsibilities included Reward Manager and multiple Finance Business Partner roles.
