Mr. Schmidling assumed the role of VP of the Engineering & Quality in 2020, and since then, he has worked his way up to President and CEO in 2023.
Previously, Mr. Schmidling has served in various roles including Project Engineer, Product Designer, Design Manager, Quality Manager and Engineering Manager for Heatron over the course of 25 years.
Mr. Schmidling has a B.S. in Engineering from Kansas State University.
