Thierry Warin serves as Chair of the International Business Department and Full Professor at HEC Montréal, while also directing the MSc in International Business program. Currently, Warin holds positions as a Visiting Scholar at Harvard's Digital, Data, and Design (D^3) Institute and as an AI Expert with GPAI, focusing on the responsible development of AI. Additionally, Warin is involved with the Réseau francophone international en conseil scientifique and CIRANO as a principal investigator and vice-president. As a co-founder of quantum simulations and a researcher at Obvia, Warin explores digital twins and the societal impacts of AI technologies. Warin's previous roles include CEO of nüance-R and founding member of the Analytics Impact Network. Educational achievements include a Ph.D. in Monetary Economics and Finance from ESSEC Business School and numerous qualifications from Harvard institutions.
