Brad Harris serves as the Associate Dean of MBA Programs and Professor of Management and Human Resources at HEC Paris since July 2022. In addition to this role, Brad Harris holds the position of Vice Dean for the TRIUM Global Executive MBA and is a Co-Founder of the People Leader Accelerator. As an Affiliate Professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Brad Harris has contributed to the School of Labor and Employment Relations since August 2020. Previously, Brad Harris was an Associate Professor at Texas Christian University's M.J. Neeley School of Business from August 2015 to August 2022, where Brad also acted as Academic Director for the BNSF Neeley Leadership Program. Earlier academic positions include Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois and Research Assistant & Instructor at Texas A&M University. Brad Harris earned a Ph.D. in Management from Texas A&M University, an MBA from the University of Florida, a BBA from Texas Tech University, and an Executive Coaching Diploma from Emory University.
