Jason Heidt is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Budgeting & Forecasting Manager for the Lucky Friday Mine at Hecla Mining since July 2021, after previously holding the position of Assistant Controller. Prior to this role, Jason worked for Hecla Mining Company from September 2003 to July 2021, where Jason progressed through various accounting roles, culminating in the position of Director of Accounting. Earlier in Jason's career, experience included serving as a Staff Accountant at Jurgens & Co. and Jones, Spackman, Basterrechea & France. Jason holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of Idaho and graduated with a diploma in general studies from Wallace High School.
