Xiaosong Wei

Xiaosong Wei is an experienced professional in the fields of quality assurance and naval architecture, currently serving as a QA/QC at Heddle Shipyards since April 2023. Previously, Xiaosong served as Warranty Manager at HAWE Energy Solutions A/S from May 2020 to November 2022, and as Senior Project Manager at Wide Water Way from November 2015 to May 2020, specializing in shipbuilding, ship survey, and delivery. Early career roles include Junior Accuracy Control Engineer at Chantier Davie Canada Inc. and Senior Naval Architect at MAADI Group Inc., focusing on dimension control and design of floating docks and workboats, respectively. Xiaosong holds a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Montpellier, a Diploma in Naval Architecture Technology from Institut Maritime du Québec, and has completed several nanodegrees in self-driving car introduction and data analysis/visualization.
