Jennifer Stanger has a diverse work experience in accounting and finance. Jennifer started their career as a Staff Accountant at Tanner LC, Certified Public Accountants, where they assisted clients with initial audits and acted as a senior auditor for ERISA compliance. Jennifer also worked as an In-Charge Accountant for the audit of medical supply companies and a non-profit youth services organization.
Later, Jennifer worked as a Freelance Accountant at Jennifer Stanger Accounting, providing financial advisory services. Jennifer led the implementation process of Sage accounting software and conducted internal control analysis. Jennifer also developed company-specific analysis of GAAP compliant accounting procedures, resulting in a change of accounting methodology for the company.
Currently, Jennifer is working as a Derivative Accountant at Hedge Trackers, a premier advisor and technology provider for corporations using hedges and hedge accounting. Jennifer provides consulting, outsourced derivative accounting, and training services for firms with hedging programs.
