Rolf Huffelen

Rolf Huffelen, van, currently serves as the Manager of Resources and Improvements at Heerema Marine Contractors since January 2008, where responsibilities include leading major projects such as Empire Wind 1 & 2 and Beacon Wind 1 & 2, providing transportation and installation services for wind farm foundations and offshore substations over a seven-year agreement. Previous roles at Heerema also include Senior Project Engineer for various projects, such as Parkwind's Arcadis Ost 1 and the Vineyard Wind Project, with significant contributions to the Shell Malikai TLP Installation, where Rolf was the technical lead for major installations. Prior experience includes a project engineering role at Tebodin and a stint at Stork Aerospace - Fokker, complemented by an internship at the German Aerospace Center (DLR). Rolf Huffelen, van holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Twente.
